摘要
白鹤滩项目转轮是我国迄今为止设计制造的尺寸和重量最大的长短叶片混流式水轮机转轮,其独特的长短叶片结构形式可使转轮在部分负荷的运行范围内的效率得到提升,其优良的水力学性能需要极为严格的结构尺寸公差控制以及精品焊缝保障。为了实现白鹤滩转轮精品制造的目标,重点介绍了白鹤滩机组长短叶片结构形式混流式水轮机转轮现场焊接的一系列关键工艺。
The runner of Baihetan project is the largest and heaviest mixed flow turbine runner with long and short blades in China so far,which unique structure of long and short blades is able to increase the efficiency of the runner in the operation range of partial load.Its excellent hydraulic properties require extremely strict structural dimensional tolerance control and high-quality welding seam.In order to achieve the goal of fine quality manufacture of Baihetan runner,a series of key field welding process of the Baihetan mixed flow turbine runner with long and short blades is highlighted.
