摘要
通过观察往复走丝电火花线切割和电火花小孔加工中放电产物的动态分布,对比分析采用乳化液、半合成液、纯水和水溶性放电介质对加工过程和效果的影响,可以看出水溶性电介质排屑效果最好,用于电火花线切割加工能有效提高切割的稳定性与加工效率,用于电火花小孔加工可降低电极损耗且能消除锥度影响。
By observing the dynamic distribution of discharge products in high-speed WEDM and DEDM process,the comparison of the effects of emulsion,semi-synthetic solution,water and water-soluble discharge dielectric on the machining process and effect were analyzed.It can be concluded that the water-soluble discharge dielectric has the best chip removal effect,which can effectively improve the stability and efficiency when used in WEDM,and can reduce electrode loss and eliminate taper influence when used in DEDM.
