某500kV主变压器噪声和振动机理分析与现场测试研究

摘要 电力行业作为国民经济发展的基础产业,电力供应不足将严重阻碍国民经济的高速发展。变压器作为发电、输电、配电等环节必不可少的重要设备,其可靠性直接影响电网系统的安全稳定运行。本文以国内某大型水电站500kV主变压器为例,阐述变压器产生噪声与振动的主要原因,进行机理分析,并列出变压器振动与噪声现场测试方法、数据,得出测试结论,为行业提供一套相对完整可借鉴的500kV变压器噪声与振动现场测试经验。 The power industry is a basic industry for the development of the national economy,and insufficient power supply will seriously hinder the rapid development of the national economy.Transformers are essential equipment for power generation,transmission and distribution.The reliability of transformers directly affects the safe and stable operation of the grid system.This article takes a 500kV main transformer of a large domestic hydropower station as an example,explains the causes and mechanism analysis of transformer noise and vibration,and lists in detail the on-site testing methods and data of transformer vibration and noise.Learn from the field test experience of 500kV transformer noise and vibration.
