基于受众接收行为的科技期刊文献传播受评价体系的影响分析

Analysis on the Influence from Evaluation System to the Dissemination of Sci-tech Periodicals’ Literature Based on the Audience’s Receiving Behavior

为客观反映学术评价体系对科技传播的影响,以2014—2019年《中国学术期刊影响因子年报(自然科学与工程技术版)》中的电气工程学科大类的期刊数据为基础进行分析,提取了其中反映受众接受新信息行为的相关数据,进行了数据统计处理和分类分析。分析结果表明:即年数据反映出受众在最初接触新信息(新成果)时,明显更加关注核心刊所刊载的文献;由下载情况分析可知,受众在学习和研究文献时,对核心期刊所刊载文献的关注程度是同质"非核"心期刊所载文献的2倍以上;由被引数据分析可知,受众进行科研活动时,更愿意接纳发表于核心刊上的成果。因此,在科研成果的传播中,科技成果评价体系对受众接纳新科研成果方面的行为影响甚大。

In order to objectively reflect the impact of the academic evaluation system on the dissemination of science and technology,selected《The Annual Reports on the Impact Factor of Chinese Academic Journals(Natural Science and Engineering Technology Edition)》(from 2014 to 2019)as examples for data statistical processing and classification analysis,extracting the behavior data of the audiences receiving new information.The results indicated that:the immediacy index reflected that the audiences paid more attention on the literature published in the core journals when they are initially exposed to new information(new achievements);from the analysis of download situation,the audiences attention on the literature published in the core journals was more than twice that of the literature in the homogeneous non-core journals;from the analysis of the cited data,the audiences were more willing to accept the achievements published in the core journals when conducting scientific research activities.In the process of dissemination of scientific research achievements,the scientific and technological achievements evaluation system had a great influence on the behavior of audiences in accepting new scientific research achievements.
