摘要
针对某300MW机组,在AGC-R模式下运行时出现炉内生成NO_x浓度波动大,氨逃逸率高等现象。采用预测控制模型对燃烧控制系统进行优化,将NO_x浓度波动幅度从150mg/m3降低到50mg/m3以内,实现了氧量波动幅度更小,氮氧化物排放更加稳定的目标。该模型对锅炉安全运行、节能减排都起到了积极作用。
For a 300 MW unit operating in AGC-R mode NO_x concentration generated in the furnace fluctuates significantly and high ammonia slip rate phenomenon.To optimize the combustion control system through the use of predictive control model,the fluctuation range of NO_x concentration was reduced from150 mg/m^3 to within 50 mg/m^3,which achieved a smaller fluctuation of oxygen quantity and more stable nitrogen oxide emissions.It has played a positive role in the safe operation of boilers,energy saving and emission reduction.
