摘要
上海市历史博物馆藏三张民国时期的杏花楼账单,不仅记录了当时沪上的消费习惯、粤菜的发展情况,也隐藏着杏花楼“嫦娥奔月”月饼包装盒与三一画片公司之间鲜为人知的往事,同时也折射出当时上海全民参与、筹款购机、航空救国的社会图景。
The three bills of Xing Hua Lou collected in Shanghai History Museum not only record the consumption habits in the then Shanghai and the development of Cantonese cuisine,but also hide the little-known past between the moon cake package Chang E Ben Yue(the Goddess Chang’s fly to the moon)of Xing Hua Lou and K&K Printing Co..Meanwhile,they also reflect the social prospects of the participation of all Shanghai citizens in raising funds to purchase aircrafts and the national salvation by aviation at the time.
