Ningpo Merchants Association was a businessmen group that existed for a long time in the modern history of Shanghai.In the early times,it had been involved in the Revolution of 1911 while later it was connected to the activities of the democratic parties during the period of Liberation War.It was probably out of this,the location of Ningpo Merchants Association left ambiguous and contradictory narrations in the historical texts of different themes and this essay conducts a sorting-out and research on its location through various materials including literature and historical documents,archives and newspapers.
