上海大学师生与五卅运动

The Teachers and Students of Shanghai University and the May 30 Movement

上海大学是中国共产党早期宣传马列主义、培养革命干部的重要文化阵地,瞿秋白、邓中夏、恽代英等党的早期领导人在该校做了大量的宣教工作。学校党支部及时发展了一批党员,这些人在1925年上海二月罢工与五卅风暴中表现优异。他们在全国学联、上海学联、上海总工会、上海市工商学联合会、上海各界妇女联合会中均发挥了重要作用,在带动学运、工运、妇运方面展示了领导才华。上大师生在五卅运动中宣传鼓动、上街募捐、游行示威、坚持三罢、流血牺牲,被捕同学在公堂上据理抗争,表现出高度的爱国热情。所有这些号召力、凝聚力、战斗力均来自中国共产党及其在上海大学的党支部的领导。五卅运动前后的斗争实践表明,中共在上海大学的工作是成功的。

Shanghai University was an important cultural front for the CPC to propagate Marxism-Leninism and cultivate revolutionary cadres,where Qu Qiubai,Deng Zhongxia.Yun Daiying and other Party leaders did much propaganda work.The Party branch of the University promptly admitted a batch of Party members,who performed outstandingly in the February Strike and the May 30th Movement in Shanghai in 1925.They also played an important role in such organizations as All-China Students’Federation.Shanghai Students’Federation and Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions,demonstrating their leadership talents in driving students’movement,workers’movement and women’s movement.In the May 30th Movement,the teachers and students of Shanghai University did a great job and the arrested students argued strongly on just grounds in court,showing a high degree of patriotism.All the rallying points,cohesion and fighting force came from the leadership of the CPC and its branch in Shanghai University and these struggles proved the success of the CPC’s work in Shanghai University.
