抗战胜利后,重庆国民政府接管了日本在华全部纺织厂。时任行政院院长的宋子文指派经济部纺织事业管理委员会负责接收和经营,并于1945年12月5日在重庆组建中国纺织建设公司。本人收藏的一张保证书和一本《纺织建设》,见证了中纺公司的发展历史。
After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War,the Chongqing KMT Government took over all Japanese textile factories in China.Soong Tse-ven the then President of the Executive Yuan appointed the Textile Industry Control Commission under the Ministry of Economy to take charge of the reception and operation,and established China Textile Industries Inc.in Chongqing on December 5 th 1945.The author collects one Letter of Guarantee and one copy of Textile Reconstruction Monthly,which witness the development of China Textile Industries Incorporation.
