中国共产党“不忘初心、牢记使命”制度化的三维论析

“不忘初心、牢记使命”是中国共产党的政治本色和不断前进的根本动力,这在党的百年奋斗历程中已久经鉴证。“不忘初心、牢记使命”的命题,由习近平总书记明确提出,后经党的十九届四中全会被纳入新时代党的建设的制度化要求。“不忘初心、牢记使命”的制度化安排蕴含着中国共产党顺应历史发展的必然逻辑、坚定理想信念的内生追求逻辑以及实践探索发展深化的辩证逻辑。在此基础上阐明“不忘初心、牢记使命”制度化赋予中国共产党应有的新时代使命内涵,并为这一制度化建设提供可靠保障的建构思路。

It is the political essence and the fundamental motivation for continuous progress of the CPC that staying true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind.It has experienced all sorts of authentication in the hard struggle over the past century.The proposition of“staying true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind”was explicitly put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping.Later,it was incorporated into the institutional requirements of Party building in the new era by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee.Only when we are sober in theory can we be firm in politics and conscious in our actions.The CPC’s institutionalization of"staying true to its original aspiration and keeping its mission firmly in mind"contains the inevitable logic of conforming to historical development,the endogenous pursuit logic of firm ideals and beliefs,and the dialectical logic of the deepening process of practical exploration.On this basis,it clarifies the mission connotation of the CPC in the new era,and provides a reliable guarantee for the construction of institutionalization.
