新时代高校师德师风建设群体性策略刍议——基于教师思想动态调研的方法论

摘要 教师思想动态调研是深化高校师德师风建设研究的重要途径,以思想动态调研为方法论,对高校教师群体进行分类研究,才能精准研判教师的思想动态,提升师德师风建设的针对性和实效性。文章通过阐明教师思想动态调研的应循原则,科学把握教师思想动态调研方法,就某高校教师群体开展大样本的群体性调研,深刻剖析高校教师不同群体的态度观念、行为特征和价值诉求,审视师德师风建设场域下高校教师思想动态现状。提出以政治引领为根基,建立健全师德师风建设的工作体系;以重点群体为锚点,分众化布局师德建设的侧重点;以人本理念增动力,强化培养和发展的有机衔接;以助长效应促实效,激发教师群体的示范引领作用,为新时代高校师德师风建设的群体性策略提出建议。 Teachers’ideological trends investigation is an important way to deepen the research on the construction of teachers’morality and style in colleges and universities.Only by using ideological trends investigation as the methodology to research the group characteristics of university teachers can we accurately judge the ideological trends of teachers and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the construction of teachers’morality and style.By clarifying the principles of the investigation of teachers’ideological trends,scientifically grasping the methods of investigating the status and trends of teachers’ideological,the article conducts a large sample group investigation on a certain university teacher group,and deeply analyzes the attitudes,behavior characteristics and value demands of different groups of the university teachers.To examine the current situation of the ideological trends of college teachers,it is proposed to establish a system for the construction of teachers’morality based on political leadership;to layout the construction of teachers’morality by focusing on key groups as anchors;to increase motivation with the concept of humanism,to strengthen the organic connection between training and development;to promote the actual effect with the facilitating effect,to stimulate the leading role of teacher group,and put forward suggestions for the group strategies of the construction of college teachers’morality and style in the new era.
