摘要
随着社会的发展,人们越来越关注身体健康,日常锻炼进度需要一个设备去监控。利用计步器步数的变化可以激励人们挑战自己,锻炼身体,增强体质。所设计的计步器以STC89C52单片机为整个系统的控制核心,并由按键电路、加速度传感器、数码管显示电路和电源电路组成。该计步器可以实现计步和清零的功能,在数码管上显示运动的步数和总步数。同时可以对单次运动进行单独计数,防止运动过量。本设计具有稳定可靠、耗时短、操作简单和节能减排等特点,是一项很实用及有前景的设计。
With the development of society.people pay more and more attention to physical health.A deviceis required to monitordaily exercise progress.Pedometer changes in the number of steps can inspire people to challenge themselves.exercise and enhance physical fitness.The pedometer designed in this paper is mainly composed of STC89C52 singlechip microcomputer as the control core of the whole system,button circuit,acceleration sensor,digital tube display circuit and power supply circuit.Step counting and clearing are realized by the pedometer.Number of steps and total number of steps is displayed on the digital tube.At the same time pedometer can be a single movement of a separate count to prevent excessive exercise.The design has the characteristics of stability and reliability,short time consumption,simple operation,energy saving and emission reduction.The designed pedometer is a very practical and promising design.
