随着智能化,现代化以及先进计算机技术的发展,对产品质量和生产效率要求越来越高的冷轧板带生产线,自然也需要先进的自动化控制系统,二级控制系统在自动化控制系统中起到了非常重要的角色,它连接着一级基础自动化系统和三级生产管理系统,起着承上启下的重要作用,使生产信息化系统和生产基础自动化系统变成了一个整体,它是提高产品质量和生产效率不可替代的环节。文章以冷轧连续退火线为基础,展开论述。先介绍了系统开发的背景和目的,其次以系统需求为基础介绍了系统的设计原则、系统配置,分析了系统的总体设计方案,并对系统的功能设计做出了简单说明。最后介绍了冷轧二级控制系统的功能框架和数据流程。

With the development of intellectualization,modernization and advanced computer technology,the cold rolling strip production line,which requires higher and higher quality and production efficiency,naturally also needs advanced automation control system.Secondary control system plays a very important role in automation control system.It connects the first-level basic automation system and the third-level production management system,and plays a connecting role.The important role of the system makes the production information system and the production basic automation system become a whole.It is an irreplaceable link to improve product quality and production effciency.Based on the continuous annealing line of cold rolling,this paper discusses it.Firstly,the background and purpose of system development are introduced.Secondly,the design principle and confguration of the system are introduced based on system requirements.The overall design scheme of the system is analyzed,and the function design of the system is briefy explained.Finally,the functional framework and data fow of the secondary control system for cold rolling are introduced.
