电动车增程器控制策略研究

摘要 为了增加低速电动车的续航里程,尤其在寒冷地区蓄电池活性很低的情况下,电动车增程器应运而生。目前市场上的增程器控制器具有汽油机的起动和熄火功能,发电机产生的电通过三相整流桥整流后给蓄电池充电。其成本高,接线复杂,整流效率低,功能不完善。文章设计的新型控制器不但可以起动发电机,还可以使用控制器实现PWM整流,集起动和整流于一体。不但省掉功耗高的三相整流桥,降低了成本,提高了整流效率,还简化了增城器的装配,提高了生产效率。另外通过油门的控制实现了对汽油机转速优化控制,使汽油机燃油效率得到提升,节约了能源。 In order to increase the mileage of low-speed electric vehicles,the technology of range extender arises at the historic moment.At present,the starting controller of the range extender only solves the start-up and extinction functions of the gasoline engine.The wiring is complex,the design is simple and the function is not perfect.Therefore,a new type of starting controller is designed,and a new type of rectifer control mode is adopted to save the three-phase rectifer bridge with large power consumption,to realize the two-way fow between the generator and the battery,to reduce the loss of the controller itself,to simplify the connection mode of the increase device and controller,and to realize the control of the gasoline engine throttle at the same time.Under normal start-up conditions,the energy consumption of the range extender can be reduced to a minimum.
