中国共产党与当代中国经济制度的变迁

Communist Party of China and the Changes in Contemporary Chinese Economic System

中国共产党的领导是"中国特色社会主义最本质的特征和中国特色社会主义制度的最大优势"。改革开放以来,中国共产党坚持不懈地推动中国经济制度变革,建立了世界历史上前所未有的崭新的市场经济体制,极大地解放和发展了生产力,推动了中国经济的迅速发展。中国共产党是特殊的使命型政党。为了深入理解党的经济作用,本文就以下几方面问题作了进一步探讨:第一,中国共产党在当代中国经济制度变迁、尤其是社会主义市场经济的创立中所起的作用;第二,中国特色社会主义市场经济中经济和政治的关系;第三,党的意识形态即中国特色社会主义理论对于现实生产关系的型构所具有的重要意义。

The leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is the most fundamental feature and the biggest advantage of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the beginning of the Reform and Opening-up,the CPC has persistently pushed for changes in the economic system and established an unprecedented form of market economy that greatly liberates and develops productive forces,resulting in the rapid development of China’s economy.In order to deepen our understanding of the CPC as a special,mission-driven political party,this article sets out to discuss three issues:first,the role played by the CPC in China’s economic system,especially in founding socialist market economy;secondly,the relationship between economy and politics in China’s socialist market economy;thirdly,the significance of party ideology,namely socialism with Chinese characteristics,on the configuration of productive relations.
