It is necessary to explore the possible connection of smart conmodities with circular economy and help find the legal research path for studying this topic against the background of green development,circular economy and smart technology development and application.The core legal issue of smart commodity in circular economy development is to establish a property right system for smart commodities based on an increasingly improving supervision mechanism as provided by the circular economy promotion law.The resolution of this issues is to determine the control right of smart commodities in circular economy.With a reference to the concepts of a bundle of rights and relative ownership,it is practical to legally recogmize and endow producers with property interests in high-value,high-tech smart products so as to ffectively realize the legal purpose of circular economy.
