临泽县某中学一起风疹暴发疫情流行病学调查

Epidemiological investigation on rubella outbreak in a middle school in Linze county

目的探讨2019年4月17日—5月13日甘肃省临泽县某中学发生风疹暴发疫情的危险因素,为风疹防控工作提供科学依据。方法应用现况流行病学调查方法,对全部病例开展流行病学调查,采集咽拭子和(或)血清标本分离培养风疹病毒,进行统计分析。结果该中学共有学生2168人,教职工239人,经检测病例阳性者31例,均为学生,罹患率为1.43%;男女生发病差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.981,P>0.05),而不同年级之间发病差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该事件是由风疹病毒引起的一起学校风疹暴发疫情。

Objective To explore the risk factors of rubella outbreak in a middle school in Linze county of Gansu province from April 17 th to May 13 th,2019,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of rubella.Methods All cases were investigated with the prevalence survey methods,and the samples of pharyngeal swab and serum were collected for culturing and isolating rubella virus.The results were statistically analyzed.Results There were 2168 students and 239 faculty members in the middle school,and 31 students detected with rubella positive(attack rate of 1.43%).No statistical difference in the attack rate was found between the male and female students(χ~2=2.981,P>0.05),but there was statistical difference among different grades(P<0.05).Conclusions The incident is rubella outbreak caused by rubella virus in the school.
