2018年甘南藏族自治州包虫病流行分析

Prevalence of echinococcosis in Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture in 2018

目的了解甘肃省甘南藏族自治州(甘南州)包虫病流行情况,为制定包虫病防控措施提供科学依据。方法汇总分析2018年甘南州包虫病防治项目工作资料,采用B超调查人群包虫病患病情况,双抗体夹心ELISA法检测家犬棘球绦虫感染情况、内脏剖检法检查家畜包虫病感染情况。结果2018年甘南州共筛查59127人,查出包虫病病人51例、患病率92.61/10万(51/59127),检测家犬犬粪9704份、阳性率1.58%(153/9704),调查家畜7463头/只、感染率0.90%(67/7463)。结论甘南州包虫病广泛流行,牧区发病严重;今后应采取针对性防控措施。

Objective To understand the prevalence of echinococcosis in Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture(Gannan prefecture),and provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures.Methods The working record of the project of echinococcosis prevention and control in Gannan prefecture in 2018 were summarized and analyzed with Bultrasound for echinococcosis onset,ELISA(double antibody sandwich method)for echinococcosis infection in domestic dogs and visceral dissection for echinococcosis infection in livestock.Results Out of the screened 59127 people,51 cases of echinococcosis were detected,with prevalence rate of 92.61/100000(51/59127)in Gannan prefecture in 2018.There were9704 feces samples of dog detected,with the positive rate of 1.58%(153/9704),and 7463 livestock investigated with prevalence rate of 0.90%(67/7463).Conclusions The echinococcosis spreads widely in Gannan prefecture,and the epidemic is severe in pastoral area.The measures of prevention and control aiming at echinococcosis should be taken in the future.
