酒泉市肃州区人间布鲁氏菌病重点职业人群血清学监测分析 被引量:3

Serological surveillance of brucellosis in key occupational population in Suzhou district of Jiuquan city

摘要 目的分析2017—2019年甘肃省酒泉市肃州区人间布鲁氏菌病重点职业人群血清学监测结果,预测肃州区布鲁氏菌病流行趋势,掌握疫情动态,为布鲁氏菌病防控提供科学依据。方法采集肃州区辖区内牛羊散养户或规模养殖户、屠宰人员、牛羊交易人员和兽医等布鲁氏菌病重点职业人群血清,先用虎红平板凝集试验初筛,虎红平板凝集试验阳性再以试管凝集试验复检,血清凝集滴度在1∶100++以上为阳性。结果2017—2019年肃州区共检测血清5711份,阳性40份,阳性率为0.70%,不同年度阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.419,P>0.05),阳性率男性(1.10%)高于女性(0.20%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.341,P<0.01);不同职业人群阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=144.944,P<0.01),从事牛羊交易和屠宰人员及兽医阳性检出率较高。结论肃州区布鲁氏菌病感染与职业有密切关系;应坚持做好疫情监测,开展重点职业人群布鲁氏菌病防治知识健康教育,控制布鲁氏菌病的流行与发展。 Objective To analyze the serological surveillance results of brucellosis in the key occupational population in Suzhou district of Jiuquan city,Gansu province from 2017 to 2019,predict the epidemic trend of brucellosis,grasp the prevalence dynamic,and provide scientific basis for brucellosis prevention and control.Methods The sera of cattle and sheep feeders,butchers,traders and veterinarians were detected for brucellosis in Suzhou district.The preliminary screening was conducted with the rose bengal plate agglutination test(RBPT).The tube agglutination test was performed after RBPT positive,and positive result was judged when serum agglutination titer was over 1∶100(++).Results Out of all 5711 sera samples in Suzhou district from 2017 to 2019,40 samples were positive with the positive detection rate of 0.70%.There was no statistical difference in positive detection rate(χ~2=1.419,P>0.05)among different years.The positive detection rate was higher in the male(1.10%)than in the female(0.20%)with statistical difference(χ~2=16.341,P<0.01).There was statistical difference(χ~2=144.944,P<0.01)in positive detection rates among different occupation groups.The positive rates were higher in traders,butchers and veterinarians.Conclusions The brucellosis infection closely relates to occupation in Suzhou district.The epidemic surveillance should be insisted on.The knowledge about brucellosis prevention and treatment and health education should be carried out in the key occupational population for controlling the prevalence and spread of brucellosis.
