2014—2015年张掖市发热伴呼吸道感染症候群监测分析 被引量:5

Surveillance and analysis of fever with respiratory infection syndrome in Zhangye city from 2014 to 2015

摘要 目的在甘肃省张掖市呼吸道病毒感染病人中开展病毒监测和分析,并探讨流行规律。方法收集2014—2015年102例急性上呼吸道感染(AURI)住院病人鼻咽分泌物标本,采用多重PCR检测8种呼吸道病毒核酸。结果102例标本中病毒阳性40例(39.2%,40/102),其中人鼻病毒(HRV)感染居首位、检出率12.7%(13/102)、人冠状病毒(HCOV)为7.8%(8/102)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)为5.9%(6/102)、人博卡病毒(HBOV)和腺病毒(AdV)均达到2.9%(3/102)、人流感病毒IV为4.9%(5/102)、人副流感病毒(PIV)和人偏肺病毒(HMPV)均为1.0%(1/102);发病以6岁以下婴幼儿和60岁以上老人居多,所有呼吸道病毒感染病例几乎均分布在春夏季节,秋冬季节未出现HBOV,HMPV,IV,PIV以及AdV病例。结论2014—2015年张掖市AURI的最常见病原主要为HRV,PIV,RSV及HMPV。 Objective To carry out the virus surveillance and analysis in the patients with respiratory virus infection in Zhangye city,Gansu province,and discuss the epidemic regularity.Methods The samples of nasopharyngeal secretions were collected from 102 hospitalized patients with acute upper respiratory infection(AURI)from 2014 to 2015,and the nucleic acids of 7 species of respiratory virus were detected by multiple PCR.Results Out of the 102 samples,there were40 samples of virus positive(39.2%,40/102),with rhinovirus(HRV)infection ranking the first and accounting for 12.7%(13/102),then human coronavirus(HCOV)accounted for 7.8%(8/102),respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)holding 5.9%(6/102),human bocavirus(HBOV)and adenovirus(AdV)occupying 2.9%(3/102),respectively,human influenza virus IV accounting for4.9%(5/102),human parainfluenza virus(PIV)and human metapneumovirus(HMPV)holding 1.0%(1/102),respectively.The majority of patients were infants under 6 years old and the elderly over 60 years old.Almost all cases with respiratory virus infection distributed in spring and summer,and no cases were found with HBOV,HMPV,human influenza virus,PIV and AdV in autumn and winter.Conclusions The most common pathogens of AURI were HRV,PIV,RSV and HMPV in Zhangye from 2014 to 2015.
