大学生劳动精神培育研究的知识图谱分析

An Analysis of the Knowledge Graph of Cultivating College Students’ Labor Spirit

培育大学生劳动精神是实现立德树人根本任务的重要途径,也是构建德智体美劳科学人才培养体系的重要内容。系统把握学界关于大学生劳动精神研究的演进过程,梳理主题框架,为该领域的后续深入研究提供借鉴。运用文献计量可视化工具CiteSpace的相应分析功能,呈现国内学术界对于该主题研究的概貌。研究发现,当前研究主要聚焦在新时代劳动精神的生成逻辑及内涵,劳动精神、劳模精神、工匠精神关系研究,大学生劳动精神培育的价值意蕴以及实现路径等方面;研究经历了发轫期、繁荣期、深化期三个阶段,未来大学生劳动精神研究仍需要坚持以习近平关于劳动的论述为指引,健全大学生劳动精神培育体系,推进中国特色劳动教育的研究。

Cultivating college students’labor spirit is an important way to realize the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,as well as an important part of constructing the scientific training system of talents with morality,intelligence,physical fitness,artistic skills and labor spirit.This paper systematically grasp the evolution process of academic research on college students’labor spirit,sort out the theme framework,and provide reference for subsequent in-depth research in this field.The corresponding analysis function of Cite Space,a visual tool of bibliometrics,is used to present a general picture of domestic academic research on this topic,which finds that the current research mainly focuses on the generation logic and connotation of labor spirit in the new era,the relationship among labor spirit,model worker spirit and craftsman spirit,the value implication and realization path of cultivating college students’labor spirit,etc.The research has gone through three stages:the initial stage,the prosperous stage and the deepening stage.In the future,the research on college students’labor spirit still needs to adhere to the guidance of XiJinping’s exposition on labor,improve the system of cultivating college students’labor spirit,and promote the research on labor education with Chinese characteristics.
