新职教法实施背景下高水平高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设研究

Research on the Construction of “Double-qualified” Teaching Staff in High-level Vocational Colleges Under the Background of the Implementation of the New Vocational Education Law

摘要 在新修订的《职业教育法》颁布实施背景下,高水平高职院校建设过程中需要以职业教育教师相关法律条款为指引,加强“双师型”教师队伍建设,为学校高质量发展提供强有力支撑。拟通过认识新时代“双师型”教师队伍建设的内涵要求及重要意义,在深入分析当前高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设面临的困境基础上,提出高职院校加强“双师型”教师队伍建设的路径。 Under the background of the implementation of the newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China(2022 Revision),the construction of high-level vocational colleges needs to be guided by the legal provisions related with vocational education teachers,strengthen the construction of“double-qualified”teaching staff,and provide strong support for the high-quality development of colleges.By understanding the requirements and significance of the construction of the“double-qualified”teaching staff in the new era,and on the basis of analyzing current difficulties faced by the construction of the“double-qualified”teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes the path of strengthening the construction of“double-qualified”teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.
