乡村小学班主任胜任力模型构建——基于行为事件访谈研究

摘要 班主任是班级主要的教育者、组织者、协调者,其能力素养直接影响教育成果。本研究采用行为事件访谈法,对班主任的关键行为进行编码,初步探索出乡村小学班主任17个胜任特征词,通过进一步差异分析,得出区别优秀班主任和普通班主任的10个鉴别胜任特征词,最终构建出乡村小学班主任胜任力模型,为乡村小学班主任的选拔评聘以及有针对性地对班主任进行培训提供有力的理论支撑和实践依据。 The head teacher is the main educator;organizer and coordinator of the class,whose ability and quality directly affect the educational achievements.This research uses the Behavioral Event Interview to encode the key behaviors of head teachers,and preliminarily explores 17 words which characterized the competence of class teachers in rural primary schools.Through further difference analysis,10 competency words that distinguish excellent class teachers from ordinary class teachers are obtained,and finally the competency model of class teachers in rural primary schools is constructed,which provides strong theoretical support and practical basis for the selection,evaluation,appointment and targeted training of class teachers in rural primary schools.
