高职教育“1+X”校企合作培养模式分析

随着我国社会主义经济的迅速发展,企业对于人才培养以及用工的要求越来越高了,高职教育作为培养中、高级技术人才的教育核心基地,为了面向市场需求,将高职教育推向社会,实现人才培养与市场需求零距离对接,各大高职院校开启了"1+X"校企合作培养模式,校企合作培养模式已得到了实际的应用,最终实现职业教育与经济发展相结合。

With the rapid development of China’s socialist economy,enterprises have higher and higher requirements for personnel training and employment.Higher vocational education,as the education core base for training medium and advanced technical talents,has opened the"1+X"school enterprise cooperation training mode in order to face the market demand,push higher vocational education to the society and realize zero distance docking between talent cultivation and market demand.Finally,the combination of vocational education and economic development has been realized.
