潮商文化与地方本科院校校园文化建设——以韩山师范学院为例

Chaoshang Culture and the Construction of Campus Culture in Local Universities——Taking Hanshan Normal University as an Example

地方本科院校的校园文化建设是需要不断研究的课题,其物质建设大于精神建设、缺乏自身特色的困境急需得到改善。因此,地域文化引入地方高校校园文化建设对突出校园文化个性具有重要意义。潮商文化是潮汕文化的核心内容之一,其内涵与社会主义核心价值观高度契合,具有广泛传播的价值。本文以韩山师范学院为例,探索从办学理念、校园环境、师德建设、学生文化活动等方面,融入潮商文化,塑造校园文化品牌。

The construction of campus culture in local colleges and universities is a subject that needs to be studied continuously.The plight of material construction is greater than spiritual construction and lacks of its own characteristics needs to be improved.Therefore,the introduction of regional culture into the construction of local university campus culture is of great significance to the personality of campus culture.Chaoshang culture is one of the core contents of Chaoshan culture.Its connotation is highly consistent with the socialist core values and has the value of wide spread.Taking Hanshan Normal University as an example,this paper explores the integration of Chaoshang culture and shaping the campus cultural brand from the aspects of school running concept,campus environment,teachers’ethics construction and students’cultural activities.
