在小学数学课堂教学中,作者大胆尝试,通过用陶行知的"小先生制"在数学课堂进行大胆实践,取得较好的教学效果。
In the primary school mathematics classroom teaching,the author boldly tried,and achieved good teaching effect by using Tao Xingzhi’s"junior teacher system"in mathematics classroom.
