提升中小学教师中华优秀传统文化素养策略的研究

摘要 中华民族优秀传统文化是中国几千年文明史中逐渐积淀下来的精粹,是值得所有中国人不断发掘、传承、发扬的。中小学教师更要不断学习中华民族优秀传统文化,不断提升自身的中华优秀传统文化素养。对提升中小学教师中华优秀传统文化素养的意义需深入理解;对当前中小学教师传统文化素养的现状需要深入剖析。实施挖掘内涵、开展主题活动、知行合一实践、线上线下结合的系列传播等策略,能不断提升中小学教师的中华优秀传统文化素养,为我国教育事业的长足进步奠定更加坚实的基础。 The excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation is the essence gradually accumulated in the thousands of years of Chinese civilization history,which is worth exploring,inheriting and developing by all Chinese people.Primary and secondary school teachers should learn the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and improve their own excellent traditional culture literacy.The significance of improving the Chinese excellent traditional culture literacy of primary and secondary school teachers ne eds to be deeply understood;the current situation of the traditional culture literacy of primary and secondary school teachers needs to be deeply analyzed.The implementation of such strategies as mining connotation,carrying out theme activities,integrating knowledge with practice,and combining online and offline communication can continuously improve the Chinese excellent traditional cultural literacy of primary and secondary school teachers,and lay a more solid foundation for the great progress of China’s education.
