Using Picture Books to Improve Primary School Students’ English Core Literacy

教师在小学英语的教学中,要注意培养学生听、说、读、写的能力,提升学生与英语间的接触面。教师可以结合绘本进行教学,通过绘本中的文字和图片的阅读,收获一个完整的故事,激发学生学习兴趣,提升学生理解能力。教师要注意学生的年龄特点,让学生能够发挥自己的想象力,鼓励学生学会自主阅读。

In primary school English teaching,teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of students’listening,speaking,reading and writing abilities,and improve the contact between students and English.Teachers can combine picture books for teaching,through the reading of words and pictures in picture books,harvest a complete story,stimulate students’interest in learning,and improve students’understanding ability.Teachers should pay attention to the age characteristics of students,let students play their own imagination,and encourage students to learn to read independently.
