高考是人生的分水岭,于学生本人、所属家庭、社会群体均有着重要的意义。焦虑情绪是高考考生常见的负面情绪之一,要摆脱焦虑、轻松迎考,需要科学引导、规范咨询、反思提升,以期助力高考、圆梦人生。
College entrance examination is the watershed of life,which is of great significance to students themselves,their families and social groups.Anxiety is one of the common negative emotions of college entrance examination candidates.In order to get rid of anxiety and face the exam easily,we need scientific guidance,standardized consultation,reflection and promotion,in order to help college entrance examination and realize the dream of life.
