摘要
小学生是孩子探究人生的初步阶段,在这个阶段中其身心都正处于逐渐完善的过程,所以,小学阶段的班主任应该对其进行正确的引导,扮演好引路者的角色。另外班主任还应该充分的掌握学生的心理活动,了解明确自身担负的责任与使命,逐渐地研究、革新、实践管理方式,最终总结出更适合学生的教学管理制度,让学生能够健康快乐成长。
Primary school students are the initial stage of children’s exploration of life.In this stage,their body and mind are in the process of gradual improvement.Therefore,the primary school head teacher should guide them correctly and play a good role as a guide.In addition,the head teacher should also fully grasp the psychological activities of students,understand the responsibility and mission of their own,gradually study,innovate and practice management methods,and finally summarize the teaching management system is more suitable for students,so that students can grow up healthily and happily.
