本文探究了赏识教育在中职旅游教学中的意义及方法,赏识教育是通过发现学生的长处,从而给予鼓励和尊重,使学生获得信心并激发其潜能。正确使用赏识教育可以建立学生的自信心并挖掘学生的优势,还可以维持良好的师生关系。赏识教育在旅游专业课上的运用需要了解学生的受教育情况并尊重个体差异,实时关注学习进展并给予一定的认可评价,但不代表盲目赞赏,也需要制订明确的奖惩措施来促进学习。

This paper explores the significance and methods of appreciation education in tourism teaching in secondary vocational school.Appreciation education is to encourage and respect students by discovering their strengths,so that they can gain confidence and stimulate their potential.The correct use of appreciation education can build students’self-confidence,tap their advantages,and maintain a good relationship between teachers and students.The application of appreciation education in tourism courses needs to understand the education situation of students and respect individual differences,pay attention to the progress of learning in real time and give some recognition and evaluation,but it does not mean blind appreciation,but also needs to formulate clear reward and punishment measures to promote learning.
