思维能力是学生综合素质中最重要的一种能力,它关系着学生今后的学习、生活及发展。因此,促进学生思维能力的发展是素质教育的要求,是促进学生个体发展的要求,是提高学生学习效率的要求。在中学英语课堂教学中,可以通过创设情境、小组探究、话剧表演、课堂提问、多媒体课件等多种形式,促进学生思维能力的发展。

Thinking ability is the most important ability in students’comprehensive quality,which is related to their future study,life and development.Therefore,promoting the development of students’thinking ability is the requirement of quality education,individual development and learning efficiency.In middle school English classroom teaching,we can promote the development of students’thinking ability by creating situation,group inquiry,drama performance,classroom questioning,multimedia courseware and other forms.
