摘要
一直以来,心理游戏在心理健康课程中都占据着举足轻重的地位,可如何有效地定位和发掘心理游戏的价值,达到心理教育的目的,是心理工作者们一直努力的方向。文章通过对心理游戏定义的阐述,以及心理游戏在初中心理健康课教学中的意义,在教学中通过对心理游戏的精心选择、设计和实施运用,从而为我们开展学校心理健康教育课堂提供了可靠的借鉴价值和意义。
For a long time,psychological games play an important role in mental health curriculum.How to effectively locate and explore the value of psychological games and achieve the purpose of psychological education is the direction of psychological workers.Through the elaboration of the definition of psychological games and the significance of psychological games in the teaching of mental health course in junior high school,and through the careful selection,design and implementation of psychological games in the teaching,this paper provides us with reliable reference value and significance to carry out mental health education in school.
