摘要 分层教学理念由来已久,是一种兼顾学生整体,实现"因人制宜"教育的有效手段。初中英语课堂,学生学习能力参差不齐,同一种教学思路未必适合于全体学生。通过分层教学理念的合理引入,可以确保不同的学生获得符合自身实情的锤炼,有助于班级整体英语能力的均衡成长。 The concept of stratified teaching has a long history,and it is an effective means to give consideration to the students as a whole and realize the education of"adjusting measures to people’s conditions".In junior middle school English classroom,students’learning ability is uneven,the same teaching idea may not be suitable for all students.Through the reasonable introduction of the layered teaching concept,it can ensure that different students get the temper that conforms to their own reality,which is conducive to the balanced growth of the overall English ability of the class.
