目前,教师队伍的建设已经成为教育热点。为了全面落实《全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》和《关于深化教育教学改革全面提高义务教育质量的意见》,组建课题研究团队、开展教师小组合作学习、培养优秀教师人格、采用多元性评价、制作调查问卷、完成人格特征自我评估问卷,从而提升优秀中学教师的教科研能力和人格魅力。

At present,the construction of teachers has become a hot spot in education.In order to fully implement the opinionson comprehensively deepening the construction and reform of teachers in the new era and the opinions on deepening the reform of education and teaching and improving the quality of compulsory education in an all-round way,establish a research team,carry out cooperative learning of teachers’groups,cultivate excellent teachers’personality,adopt multi-element evaluation,make a questionnaire,and complete the Self-Evaluation Questionnaire of personality characteristics,so as to improve the quality show middle school teachers’teaching and research ability and personality charm.
