只有在科学理念及管理策略的支撑下,小学学校方能实现健康、长久发展的目标。但是现阶段,国内部分小学学校管理效果不尽人意,这是值得校领导深刻反思的。鉴于此,本文在阐述小学学校管理现状的基础上,对相关创新策略做出分析与研究。

Only with the support of scientific concept and management strategy can primary schools achieve the goal of healthy and long-term development.However,at this stage,the management effect of some primary schools in China is not satisfactory,which is worthy of deep reflection of school leaders.In view of this,on the basis of the current situation of primary school management,this paper makes analysis and research on the relevant innovation strategies.
