信息技术环境下的农村初中体育教师专业发展探讨

Discussion on the Professional Development of Rural Junior Middle School Physical Education Teachers under the Information Technology Environment

随着教学体制的改革及农村教学环境的变化,现阶段的初中体育教学过程中教师的专业发展从原本的传统培训模式转变为现阶段信息技术环境下的创新专业发展途径,提高了教师专业发展的可持续性及高效性。在信息技术环境下农村初中体育教学过程中应构建教师专业共同体,实现合作、共享的教学,提高教学效率。

With the reform of teaching system and the change of rural teaching environment,the professional development of teachers in junior middle school physical education has changed from the traditional training mode to the innovative professional development way under the current information technology environment,which improves the sustainability and efficiency of teachers’ professional development. Under the information technology environment,teachers’ professional community should be constructed in the process of physical education teaching in rural junior middle schools to realize cooperative and shared teaching and improve teaching efficiency.
