基于就业导向的高校英语教育专业师范生培养模式

Employment-oriented Training Model for Teachers Majoring in English Education in Colleges and Universities

基于就业导向构建高校英语教育专业师范生培训模式,体现了"实用主义教育理论"的内涵。本文重点从考证引导教学、专业技能教学和实习实践教学三方面阐述具体的培养思路,并提出了保障培养质量的措施,建议各级师范高校推广应用,为提升毕业生就业质量奠定基础。

Based on employment orientation,a training model for normal college students majoring in English education is constructed,which embodies the connotation of "pragmatism education theory". This paper focuses on the specific training ideas from the three aspects of research guidance teaching,professional skills teaching and practice teaching,and puts forward measures to ensure the quality of training,and suggests that normal universities at all levels promote the application,in order to lay the foundation for improving the quality of graduates’ employment.
