高职院校专业教师担任兼职辅导员工作的探索和思考

Exploration and Consideration of Professional Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges as Part-time Counselors

大多数高职院校选拔专业教师担任兼职辅导员,在兼职辅导员工作过程中需要充分发挥专业教师技能知识的优势,更好地对学生工作进行有效的补充。本文通过SWOT方法分析了兼职辅导员工作的优势和劣势,并结合实际对专业教师担任兼职辅导员工作提供对策建议。

Most vocational colleges select professional teachers to serve as part-time counselors. In the process of part-time counselors’ work,they need to give full play to the advantages of professional teachers’ skills and knowledge to better complement the work of students. This paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of part-time counselor’s work by SWOT method,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for professional teachers to take part-time counselor’s work.
