职业素养在社会工作中的作用越来越被重视,所以在中职教育中,如何提高和培养学生的职业素养和能力是重要研究方向。本文以中职教育中德育教育重要性为基础,就德育教育的目标、改进方式和评价方法变革等进行全面的分析,为中职德育课对学生职业素养的培养提供教学发展依据。

The role of vocational literacy in social work has been paid more and more attention,so how to improve and cultivate students’vocational literacy and ability is an important research direction in secondary vocational education.Based on the importance of moral education in secondary vocational education,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the objectives,improvement methods and evaluation methods of moral education,and provides the basis for the development of vocational quality of students in moral education in secondary vocational education.
