工业机器人专业“多段式”人才培养路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着智能制造装备业的快速发展,工业机器人逐渐进入企业的各个岗位,如何适应人才需求的转变,成为当前高职院校该类专业的发展趋势。本文阐述了以"技能层级"为核心的工业机器人"多段式"人才培养路径,提出以全国职业院校技能竞赛为主导的"赛教融合"模式,以及校企共建的多层级实训中心,以实现工业机器人专业人才培养。 With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing equipment industry,industrial robots have gradually entered various positions in enterprises.How to adapt to the change of talent demand has become the current trend of development of this kind of specialty in higher vocational colleges.This paper expounds the"multi-stage"talent training path of industrial robots with"skill level"as the core,puts forward the"competition-teaching integration"mode dominated by the skill competition of national vocational colleges,and the multi-level training center built by schools and enterprises to realize the professional talent training of industrial robots.
