Strategies for the Development of Teaching Management in Secondary Colleges of Private Undergraduate Universities

民办本科高校二级学院的教育教学得到了各级政府的重视,对民办二级院校的教育教学管理工作的改革也逐渐加深。许多民办本科高校二级学院的管理和模式也发生了较大的改变,缓解了我国高校教育的工作压力。本文对民办本科高校二级学院教学管理中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了民办本科高校二级学院教学管理的创新策略。

The education and teaching of the second-level collegesof private undergraduate collegesand universitieshave received the attention of governments at all levels,and the reform of the education and teaching management of the second-level colleges and universities has gradually deepened.The management and mode of the secondary colleges of many private undergraduate colleges have also changed greatly,which relieves the pressure of higher education in our country.This paper analyses the problems existing in the teaching management of the second-level colleges of private undergraduate universities,and puts forward innovative strategies for the teaching management of the second-level colleges of private undergraduate universities.
