摘要
随着新课程改革的推行,教育部门对培养学生综合素质的重视程度越来越高,各种教学方式逐渐被运用于课堂教学当中。在初中数学教学中采取隐性分层教学能够更好结合学生学习水平和实际情况进行针对性教学。因此,本文首先分析初中数学教学现状,然后对隐性分层教学实施策略进行研究,以供广大相关教育工作者参考。
With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,education departments pay more and more attention to the cultivation of students’comprehensive quality,and various teaching methods are gradually applied to classroom teaching.Hidden stratified teaching in junior high school mathematics teaching can better integrate students’learning level and actual situation of targeted teaching.Therefore,this paper first analyses the current situation of mathematics teaching in junior high school,and then studies the implementary strategies of implicit stratified teaching for the reference of educators.
