Optimize Corporate Financial Decisions with“Five Elements”:The Path for Dynamic Adaptability of Financial Management Objectives

财务决策是实现公司财务管理目标的重要手段。基于公司财务管理目标的动态适应性特征,结合我国经济转向高质量发展、防止资本无序扩张和实现共同富裕的新时代要求,我们重点讨论了公司财务管理目标的动态适应性特征,分析了拓展公司财务决策影响因素分析框架与财务管理目标动态适应性特征之间的关系,厘清了公司财务决策的五组关键问题,提出我国企业应以与国家政治、制度和政策契合性要素,市场公平竞争要素,创新发展要素,风险-收益动态均衡要素,相关方利益兼容性要素等“五要素”进一步优化公司财务决策的新路径。本文的研究对于增强公司财务决策时代化、本土化、情景化理论和方法创新,促进财务决策有力支撑和增强企业的市场竞争力、创新力、控制力、影响力、抗风险能力具有较大的启发作用。

Financial decision-making is an important means to achieve the financial management objectives in business.Based on the dynamic adaptability of financial management objectives and the needs to promote high-quality enterprises,detect the disorderly expansion of capital and achieve common prosperity for everyone,we discuss the dynamic adaptability of financial management objectives,extend the framework for analysing factors that affect the corporate financial decision-making and the relationship between them.We also clarify the five key problems in corporate financial decision-making,namely,institutional foundation and policy guidance,market fair competition,innovative development,risk-return trade-off,and compatibility of interests.This article not only contributes to corporate financial decisions in timing,localizational and situational development,but also has reference value for supporting and promoting firms’competitive power,innovative ability,controlling force,spillover effect,and risk resistance capability.
