家庭教育指导过程中提升教师反思力之路径——基于ALACT反思模型的运用

摘要 在家庭教育指导过程中,教师的反思能力是助推家庭教育发展和学生成长至关重要的因素,有助于提高教师自身在指导实践中的判断和决策。ALACT反思模型作为一种有效的反思工具,为教师在家庭教育指导中提升反思力提供了新的视角。本文结合案例分析,深入探讨基于ALACT反思模型的运用,以期为家庭教育指导过程中提升教师反思力提供实践路径。
