幼儿礼仪教育的重要性及方法研究

Study on the importance and methods of children’s etiquette education

本文针对幼儿礼仪教育问题展开探讨,基于对幼儿礼仪教育概念的理解,分析了幼儿礼仪教育的重要性,并结合实际介绍了当前幼儿在礼仪上的表现情况,进一步分析了幼儿园礼仪教育存在的主要问题,最后有针对性地提出了幼儿礼仪教育方法。根据研究结果可知,通过礼仪环境建设、健全激励评价制度、提升教师综合素质水平以及发挥家庭教育功能等方式,能够有效提升幼儿礼仪教育成效。

This paper discusses the problems of children’s etiquette education,based on the understanding of the concept of children’s etiquette education,analyzes the importance of children’s etiquette education,and combined with the actual introduction of the current children’s performance in etiquette,further analyzes the main problems existing in kindergarten etiquette education,and finally put forward the children’s etiquette education methods.According to the research results,we can effectively improve the effect of children’s etiquette education by constructing the etiquette environment,improving the incentive evaluation system,improving the comprehensive quality of teachers and giving play to the function of family education.
