浅谈幼儿园教育中家园共育模式的实施

On the implementation of home-kindergarten co-education mode in kindergarten education

伴随着我国幼儿园教育的深入改革,在幼儿园教学中如何实施家园共育模式已经成为幼儿教育领域的一个热点话题。本文笔者根据自身多年的幼教实践经验,阐述了家园共育模式目前在幼儿园教育中的具体实施情况,并且从多个方面提出了幼儿园教师顺利实施家园共育模式的策略,以促进幼儿在家园共育模式下实现个性化的发展。

With the further reform of the kindergarten education in our country,how to implement the model of home-kindergarten co-education in the kindergarten teaching has become a hot topic in the field of early childhood education.Based on years of experience in preschool education,this paper describes the implementation of home-kindergarten co-education mode in kindergarten education,and puts forward strategies for kindergarten teachers to successfully implement the home-kindergarten co-education mode from many aspects,so as to promote the personalized development of children under the home-kindergarten co-education mode.
