“立德树人”教育思想指导下幼儿园德育工作的开展

The development of moral education in kindergartens under the guidance of the educational thought of "cultivate people with morality"

人才的根本是思想道德品质。因此,在各项教育中,德育是重中之重,我国十九大提出了“立德树人”教育思想。本文共分为三个大模块:第一个模块论述了在“立德树人”思想的引导下,在幼儿园开展德育的重要意义;第二个模块分析了当下我国幼儿园在开展德育的过程中存在的问题;第三个模块根据现存的问题提出了幼儿园开展德育工作的九大策略:提高幼儿园开展德育的认知水准、重视儿童作为德育的主体地位、让家庭加入幼儿园德育环节、不断探寻幼儿园德育的形式、借助现代信息技术开展幼儿园德育、幼儿园教师要发挥好以身作则的示范作用、在德育中采取寓教于乐的游戏形式、结合社会资源进行德育、开展案例教学。

The fundamental of talents is ideological and moral quality.Therefore,in all kinds of education,moral education is the top priority.The 19th National Congress of our country put forward the educational idea of"cultivate people with morality".This article is divided into three major modules:the first module discusses the importance of developing moral education in kindergartens under the guidance of the idea of"cultivate people with morality";the second module analyzes the problems existing in the process of moral education in Chinese kindergartens;the third module puts forward nine strategies for kindergarten to carry out moral education work according to the existing problems:improve the cognitive level of kindergarten in carrying out moral education,attach importance to children as the main body of moral education,let families join the kindergarten moral education link,and constantly explore the form of moral education in kindergarten,the use of modern information technology to carry out kindergarten moral education,kindergarten teachers should play an exemplary role in leading by example,adopt the game form of entertaining in moral education,combine social resources for moral education,and carry out case teaching.
