家校合作下小学数学潜能生的转化策略探索 被引量:2

Exploration of transformation strategies for primary school mathematics potential students under home-school cooperation

摘要 在现阶段小学数学教学中,以家校合作的方式转化潜能生,不仅可以促进潜能生学习水平的提升,而且有助于突出学生的主体学习地位。在家校合作中,教师可利用家庭教育的优势提高数学教学实效。本文首先介绍了小学数学潜能生的形成原因,分析了小学数学潜能生转化过程中存在的问题,然后重点阐述了在家校合作中转化潜能生的策略,旨在激发小学生的数学学习兴趣,进一步提高学生的学习自信,使之养成良好的学习习惯,为日后的创新发展夯实根基,构建良好的家校合作教育生态。 In the current stage of primary school mathematics teaching,the transformation of potential students through home-school cooperation can not only promote the improvement of potential students’learning level,but also help to highlight students’main learning status.In home-school cooperation,teachers can use the advantages of home education to improve the effectiveness of mathematics teaching.This paper firstly introduces the reasons for the formation of elementary school mathematics potential students,analyzes the problems existing in the transformation process of elementary school mathematics potential students,and then focuses on the strategy of transforming potential students in home-school cooperation,aiming to stimulate the primary school students’interest in mathematics learning and further improve the students’self-confidence in learning,enables them to develop good study habits,lay a solid foundation for future innovation and development,and build a good home-school cooperative education ecosystem.
