幼儿园家园合作共育的途径探讨

无论是家庭还是学校,对学生的教育都应该有一个清晰的认识,必须明白教育学生不是学校或者家庭一方就能完成的事情,需要家校共育。对幼儿园而言更是如此,家园共育模式符合时代发展以及幼儿身心发展规律,是未来幼儿教育模式的趋势。家长和幼儿教师是幼儿日常生活中接触时间最长的人,对幼儿的发展有着重要影响。本文从家园共育的教育模式入手,对家园共育模式的现状以及共育途径进行了研究。

Both the family and the school should have a clear understanding of the education of students.It must be understood that the education of students is not something that can be accomplished by the school or the family alone,and it needs to be co-educated by both the family and the school.This is especially true for kindergartens.The familykindergarten co-education model is in line with the development of The Times and the laws of children’s physical and mental development,which is the trend of the future preschool education model.Parents and preschool teachers are the people who have the longest contact time in children’s daily life,which has an important impact on children’s development.This paper starts with the educational model of home-kindergarten co-education,and studies the present situation and ways of home-kindergarten co-education.
